  • 12 ounces whole wheat dried pasta

  • 2 ounces of goat cheese

  • 2 handfuls of fresh arugula

  • 1/3 cup of roasted pine nuts

Directions:
  1. Peel and seed the butternut squash and slice it into 3/4-inch cubes. Preheat the oven to 425°F. You can either lay a baking sheet with a parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
