CHICKEN POTATO

Components
3 pieces of potato, mature
0.5 pcs onion, red
 40 g smooth flour
1 piece of chicken egg (whole)
1.5 dl sunflower oil
salt
pepper





preparation

1 Rinse the shredded potatoes under the tap until the water runs clear. Drain and dry thoroughly pressing paprinatim towels or cloth.
2 Dried grated potatoes in a bowl and stir in the onion, flour and beaten egg.

3 In a large pan heat the oil. In place of boiling oil furnace amount of a mixture of a spoonful, and then flatten.
4 Cook on each side for 5 minutes on medium to high heat or until attain a nice brown color.
5 fried fritters hang on a paper towel to absorb excess oil, and serve immediately.
Serve warm.
