Walnuts substitute for meat?!

Nuts walnut is a great importance to health, and because of the large share of antioxidants, in small amounts can be eaten every day, according to new US research.

Joe Vincon University of Scranton, Pennsylvania says nuts are better than peanuts, fstacite, almonds and other nuts. In fact, only a handful of nuts has two times more antioxidants than any other nut.
Unfortunately nuts are not so often on the menu, and scientists advise that there should be more often in the daily diet. Vincon out that the fruit of the walnut tree has an unusual combination of nutritional values.

They contain many highly valuable proteins, which are an excellent substitute for meat. They are rich in vitamins, minerals and fibers do not contain gluten. Only seven walnuts a day have a great impact on health. Even small amounts of nuts in oil associated with reducing the risk of heart disease and reduce the risk of certain cancers.
The research was presented to a gathering of National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical Society in Anaheim, California.
